Please remember to be specific as to the musical style of choice. The event will be much more successful if you organize it with a specific musical style instead of different styles. Of course, this is just a suggestion, the choice of the musical style is yours.

Specify in details the dates of the event. It could be a single event, a Festival or other.

Specify what time the event is going to take place, and what time the gates will open.

List tickets price and particular deals. Also, where to buy tickets.
HANDICAPPED. It is strongly advised that a special access to the location holding the event is available, so to absolutely avoid standing in line at the parking lot and at the entrance.
How to get there
Describe in detail how to get to the location of the event. Make sure to write down the full address. Please remember that not all the people gathering to the event are going to use the same means of transportation. If you can, add a link that shows a map with directions.
